Letheia® helps people reflect on mood and wellbeing. Key features may include mood check-ins, mood history and insights, guided reflections, and wellness activities such as breathwork / breathing exercises . Features are for self-reflection and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care .

We may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Prices, features, and billing periods will be shown at the time of purchase. Transactions made through app stores (e.g., Apple App Store) are processed by those platforms and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Certain promotions or trials may be available and can be modified or discontinued at any time.
